Coco, photo in bag, edition of 12, 2002 "Coco
'good puppy dog' Miller [5/12/86-8/01/01] was a bastard and a bitch and
the truest possible friend to those who knew her. She is survived by a
few humans whose lives were touched, transformed and defined by hers.
She lived to be a 105 dog-year-old puppy. "This photograph is printed on archival, museum quality paper and is mounted in a ready-to-hang frame bag. The bag is hermetically sealed against outside air, but is very dirty and acidic and will ultimately destroy the print. I know that this doesn't make any sense, but neither did coco. Deal with it." "We did, and it's why we love her: nothing like her will ever happen again. This edition is limited to 12 unnumbered prints." -text from back of photo. |
